Our renowned chef /owner Jason Carver which has travelled around Europe. He endeavoured to work with the most elite chefs of the world. His portfolio of establishments are Mosimann's of Knightbridge and Chez Nico at Park Lane. Then when he arrived back to Australia, he went to work on the largest resort in the Southern Hemisphere of Hayman. Where his expertise was to over look the La Trattoria where they catered for 300 guests on evening. Before establishing his own identity at Grissini Ristorante he was overseeing the entire operation of the Doltone House Group which is renowned for events and weddings.
